is the 20th anniversary of...

I'm pretty sure I read that Pizza Hut released the solar shades on the 19th, but I can't find the page back. If that is the case then we are just hours away from 20 years since solar shades were released.

I did run across this and I call BS. This person really goes out of their way to claim they got 11 things correct about the future. It isn't even 2015, so we don't know what the world will be like. It's still interesting to read though.

Even The Godfather Part III cannot compare with the shittiness of the "let's knock out Jennifer and put her in this alley" plot point.

^That was part 3. May (?) of 2010 will be 20 years since its release and 2010 also is 25 years since the release of Back to the Future. I'm getting old.

No! It's pretty awesome, but each sequel got worse. They were still good though. I guess you could maybe put Star Wars ahead of it.

You should post a picture of you wearing your solar shades in your elmo costume, I haven't seen that picture enough.

HELL. YEAH.

My favorite in the series, and saw it in the theater right around age 8 over Thanksgiving '89.

^I disagree. The first one was the best one. I think everyone who is a fan of the series liked the first half hour of the second movie, but at the same time it should have been done differently. I don't think they should have shown the USA Today that said, "Queen Diana," had the "Cubs win the World Series" billboard, had flying cars, or had the Advertisement for the movie Jaws 25. That will make watching the movie in the year 2015 a little strange. They should have made the story line that they went 100 years into the future to stop their great grandchildren from robbing a bank instead of their children 30 years later, if they were going to be that futuristic. If they were going to involve baseball then the high school should have had a crappy team in the 50s and 80s and then been state champions in the year 2085. It's still cool though.

^The worst screw up was in Blue Chips when they had "NCSA National Champion" banners that said 1974 and 1985.

^That happened to me with Smokey and the Bandit. I always saw it was on tv about 20 minutes after it started. I finally saw it all the way through about 5 years ago. It's the greatest car chase movie ever.
