I have been a screamer and I have had roommates who are screamers. It is not a problem as long as you both know what you are getting in to before hand. It all just boils down to being a noisy roommate. If they didn't know that they were getting a noisy roommate, even if only during sex, then it is their right to be annoyed by it and move out due to unacceptable living arrangements.
