anyone successfully have CFNC (College Foundation) linked with Loans? It cannot find it in its database

I do. I've had it up there for forever though so I don't remember what I did. Pretty sure i just searched for "College Foundation" and then logged in. I haven't been able to add my company's 401k though which is strange because my company is pretty big and the financial institution that does our 401k has tons of other companies that it can find. oh well.

well, besides the passwords to your accounts, they don't have much more information than the credit bureaus, your bank, or your mortgage company have.

I cannot find it either, was looking for it a few months ago as well as now and no results for "college foundation" or "cfnc" or anything in between. I read on the forums that people who added it a while ago still have it but no one can find it since a year ago or so...wtf

I added my CFNC stuff about a year or so ago and it's still there. I'm sure you already tried this but did you search for their website too?

Mint.com is Sick! Keeps you up to date and organized on all your financial accounts from one place. They even send you alerts on your balances and statements and can help you find the best credit card for your credit score and history. I've been using it for 2 years and have never had a problem with security.

I have come to the conclusion that mint sucks. after initially loving it, their technical issues, and the inability of them to really solve these issues with any quickness, makes this site less functional.

My bank account with BBT stopped working two weeks ago. Tried resettting the password, and everything. No dice. Relunctantly deleted it the account hoping that adding it back would fit it. I cant even add BB&T back. No answers back from repeated email to customer service.

I'd rather pay for the service and hold them accountable than have a free shitty service.

QFT

while I haven't experienced any problems yet besides user error. I'm sure once I have to deal with their shitty support I'll feel the same way.

Does that have more to do with your bank or mortgage holder or mint? I'm not sure how that works.

Anywho, I guess it varies from person to person as far as what banks etc. they use as far as how well it works. I have all 3 of my banks, my credit union for my MMA, another for my CDs, Roth IRA, Mortgage, student loans, 401k all linked up and working/updating correctly. The worst technical issue I have run into is having to re-enter my password for my student loan now and again because it drops for some reason.

BB&T works fine, and has for 2 and a half years.

Apparently you've never used real accounting software. Because their service isn't any better AND you're out a shit ton of money and locked into a proprietary data format. Hell, the two market leaders (Quickbooks and Peachtree) still don't even officially support Windows Vista, much less Win 7. Yes, you can get a person on the phone to bitch at. No it's not going to get your problem solved any faster.

Noen, having to completely erase my primary bank account, after no responses to emails, lose ALL my data that I had annotated and tracked, just to fix it by adding it back in really sucked and isnt acceptable. Mint.com is fine as long as everything is working well, but you'd be a fool to count on it.

That's odd. When I had an issue they followed up the next day and the conversation flowed smoothly til the issue was resolved.

^^You didn't have to remove the account. And you could have exported it first to CSV to keep your data around. It sucks for sure, but that doesn't make mint crappy.

anyone having issues with Coastal Federal Credit Union? It used to work fine, then would work intermittently. I decided to delete the account, then re-add it in hopes it would clear up the log in errors (in case security questions weren't correct or something)

not it cannot even find my Coastal account period.

Noen, it stopped updating. The only way to fix it was removal and re-add. Redoing passwords didnt work, 2 emails to support didnt work. I wanted to keep all that stuff for trending. But it was deleted.

^^ i had to do that with one of my accounts recently too. it stopped recognizing my bank login credentials, even though i KNEW it was right. so i deleted it, re-added it, and it worked fine. fortunately it was a card i had stopped using for the most part, so i didn't lose a whole lot of info, but it was still kindof annoying

what do you guys spend each month outside of car and health insurance premiums, cable/internet/power/gas bills and rent/mortgage?

so include things like doctor's appointments, RXs, toiletries, cleaning supplies, clothes, groceries, gas, entertainment, pet stuff, etc etc?

I swear... I have had it with this site. Once again, it has managed to fuck up my bank accounts. it now has duplicates for all checking accounts and credit lines, basically double counting everything. I am going to give them a couple of days assuming Im not the only soul affected before I contact them. This site would be good if it actually worked for people with more than one account.
