^What did you think of that in person? B/c to me it seems sacrilegious.

Saw an Alpina B7 Saturday afternoon on I-40. Was quite surprised...doubt I'll ever see one of those again.

not really a super car but i spotted my first leaf.

that FF is damned sexy.

However when i think awd cars i think big burly torquey engines... and when i think ferrari i think incredibly high winding engines. so i my brain kinda rejects the car for being ridiculous but i would still own one if i was a bajillionaire .

Those cars always look way smaller in person to me. I thought it looked pretty good even thought it looks a bit like a station wagon lol.

This was when I was in China

This was another one in Hong Kong

Also saw a Enzo parked under some overpass but went by too quickly to snap a pic

The FF is well over 4000lbs, so I'm really not sure how small it can look in person.

going to cars and coffee all the time now... i'm not even phased when i see a 360 or 458..

i honestly think "you should have spent that money on something more unique" when i know they're awesome cars that are supposed to be fantabulous to drive.

Saw 2 cars on the road in the last week that I doubt anybody else has seen here, or I will ever see again:

Lexus LFA (one of only 12 earmarked for the country, and probably 3-4 for this city)
McLaren MP4-12C

Both were white, and both were completely unexpected, so they took me by a huge surprise.

Also saw last week:

MB SL 65 AMG Black Series

3rd one I have ever seen, and I still think that that car looks more aggressive and scarier than any other supercar ever made. And I find it utterly gorgeous.

And 2 months ago, my first ever:

Porsche Carrera GT

Among recent supercars, the Enzo is the only one I have never seen on the road. (spotted Veyron, all Ferraris, all Porsches, all Lambos, all Astons, SLR, SLS, R8, etc)

^6...is that an M roadster in the background? I think I'd rather have that than the Tesla

sorry, didn't realize that a car they make a limited run of, and that has 550hp and 500+ ft.lb's of torque was such a common and unremarkable car, and totally not a rare 458 or carrera

^^^^^LMAO. That's hilarious

^^^^It's... A... Mustang. And considering Ford made 5100 of them in 2011 it really isn't that rare.

You don't see anybody posting pics of an S2000 CR, of which less than 2,000 were made

remarkable...yes. exotic...no.

not that cost is the only factor, but can't you get them for ~$30k now? i searched CL and there's 11 listed for Raleigh. Not exotic. Way closer to common

They are sweet aren't they? They sound amazing.

It's ironic that Porsche goes to such lengths to design a retractable spoiler so the car looks more sleek, and so many owners park the cars w/the spoilers raised...

I saw a yellow Lexus LFA at LAX in November when I was there for work. I also saw a white one in the Santa Monica Lexus dealership.

Not sure if his really counts but I saw a Nissan leaf in the lot at work. Still had 30 day tags on it. I didn't know it was coming out in a 4-door.

Sorry no pics.

I'd like to drive one of those sometime. I'm curious what it would feel like to drive something so heavy and yet so fast.

Why would it count? It's a pedestrian 4 door sedan, which by the way is the only body style in which it is available. So I'm not sure what body configuration you thought it would have been. It's been on sale nationwide for less than a year, over 10,000 have been sold and just about anyone could buy one if they wanted to.

Are people just trolling this thread now?

It's a Shelby GT500. Some may classify it as exotic, it's actually the first I've seen. I hate mustangs and was hesitant to post it due to the previous mustang flames.

I don't mind if I get shat upon by the group, I've paid uglier people to do much worse.
