Linky: http://www.pyramexsafety.com/modules.php?name=Product&sel=model&product=Spectacles&type=Fortress&model=SB3730D

Amber safety glasses.

My workplace is selling the things for $37.49 a dozen. Call it $5 each, since I actually have to go to the trouble of ordering and delivering the things to you lot.

Anyone want to get in on this?

Current count: 2 pairs (I want two pairs for myself)

The 2nd amendment says nothing about safety glasses.

Yeah really, I'm not even IN the NRA.

And safety glasses have nothing to do with the NRA, but rather not being an idiot. I know people who were dolts ("I'm too MANLY to wear eye protection!") who wound up singeing eyelashes from flying pistol brass...bad idea. And it's not like eye protection is only useful for guns, what if you spend any amount of time around power tools?

I'd get some...but my fat head probably wont fit.

I've found only 2 models out of hundreds I've tried that fit my head decently.

Panther: sure, I'll just have to charge you for shipping them up there. I suspect shipping would wind up about as much as the actual glasses; why does Parcel Post suck so much?

Counting Fumbler for 1 (?), we're up to six pairs, I think.

I might wind up just filling in the balance with other stuff, I wanted to get some beakers (as cups) anyway.

How much would shipping be for us out-of-state folks? I'm in Missouri right now. Wouldn't mind ordering a pair if shipping isn't going to be too extravagant.

Well, I posted it there too.

And this isn't quite a normal Classifieds post anyway, because I'm trying to get with a bunch of people to buy stuff, not so much sell my own.

yea, but it's definitly not a soapbox thread.

Unless someone here is vehemently opposed to the purchasing of safety glasses.
