for the ladies who were asking about undies, i got some of the "incredible" thongs and hiphuggers from VS recently and just wore a pair last night, and they are the softest/most comfortable undies i think i have ever worn!

you should probably either write down or plan out in your head what kind of places or things you will be doing while you're in those cities.

you said you're going to be at a conference so obviously business attire clothes would be included but you probably want to be able to bring stuff that you can mix and match (think tanks/cami's and cardigans) and stuff that could go from day to night (change into jeans and switch up cardigan and put on jacket with heels). if you bring a few nice dress pants, a nice pencil skirt, 2 pairs of heels, maybe 1-2 pairs of casual pants, a few button up shirts, and then 4 tanks/camis and 3-4 cardigans, that should put you at a good start. then you can add in whatever else you may need to bring. i would try to pack for one week but pack things that you could mix it up with for the second week so you're not lugging around 2 full weeks worth of clothes.

so i don't know WHAT is going on with my skin but it has never broken out this bad before and i feel like it keeps getting worse. like as soon as a pimple starts to simmer down, i feel 2 more popping up.

i have also noticed that my skin is INCREDIBLY dry around my nose and mouth which again is something i've never had to deal with before to this extreme. i had been using the same facial cleanser and moisturizer but switched last week to another cleanser to see if that would help some and it doesn't appear to be. i'm using clean and clear pimple cream and that ain't cutting it anymore.

any suggestions on products to try????

Has anybody tried that Simple facial stuff? The one that they always advertise on TV as " The UK's best facial line" or whatever.

I, too, have been breaking out pretty badly. Mostly around my chin. I quit taking birth control in August of last year and ever since I have gotten back my high school acne problems. I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash (been using it for years) and its just not cutting it now with my new acne problems.

In high school my mom bought me Proactiv to use and my acne cleared up pretty quickly. I'm wondering if I should go back to using Proactiv but that Simple stuff has me intrigued.

will you have access to laundry facilities/service? I really hope so. packing clean clothes for 22 days would be the pits.

I do like those merrells! I really need a tennis shoe in my wardrobe though. I have to throw out my new balances and my ratty yellow converses. The new balances hurt my feet now, and the converses are destroying the bottoms of my socks.

But those merrells would be so nice for summer...and I have my pink sparkle converses if I really need a full coverage shoe...

Another question! I need new pants. My body is changing quickly, and I can't keep buying new pants every two months. We have bills and a wedding to pay for. So, I would like a couple pair of pants that are maybe drawstring, that wouldn't look terrible baggy, but are somewhat fashionable. They will be for casual and work wear. I am a nanny, but I like to look halfway decent because the family is very well off and sometimes we all go out together or they have business meetings at the house. Must be easily laundered! I was thinking maybe linen or something light, so I can wear them through the summer, and they dont turn the a/c on until 80 degrees. Got any ideas?
